Returns

Merchandise may be returned by individuals for full credit (excluding shipping) within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must:

Be undamaged.
Include the order number and billing address on your receipt.
Be carefully packaged to avoid damage in return shipment.

Damaged Merchandise

Damaged/defective goods may be returned. Simply notify us within 30 days of receipt of merchandise, indicating the nature of the damage and the number of books or cds.

Please note that Heart Publications does not permit the return of or offer refunds for the following products (unless defective):

E-music
Printed sheet music
MP3s
